I made some minimalist posters for some of my favourite horror films. I kept the same layout, but changed the colours and imagery to differentiate between each film. The scissors and feather represent the bird getting it's head cut off with a pair of scissors. The test tube represents the re-agent that Herbert West uses to bring people back to life. The record represents the records that Shaun and Ed throw at the zombies in the garden. The reel case represents one of the home videos in the film. The hair straighteners are used by Angela to kill someone in the film. The dish of blood is from the scene where they are testing to see who is themselves and who is the monster.
