Some letters that I made for an exhibition in the Brighton Jubilee Library. I played around with some shapes to make the 'A'. I liked the shape, but I thought the colours were too smooth looking, so I added a film texture. For the 'X', I used an old illustration of a gibbon that I hadn't done anything with yet. I made the paint green to make it stand out and emphasise the 'X' shape. I created a 'B' shape with some charcoal, and used image trace on it. I think it looks a bit like a flamingo, so I could adapt that idea further. The exhibition didn't happen due to COVID restrictions.
